Return Policy (and other policies)

We know, we know, nobody ever wants to read policies - but they are super handy at allowing you and us to have the same expectations for a happy shopping experience all round.

The all important Privacy Policy can be found at the bottom of every page on our website (and also here), and just read on for our returns policy.

 

 

Hare and Applewood RETURNS POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order (or part of it) for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product/s for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Jewellery is non-refundable for hygeine reasons.

  • Personalised items are non-refundable.

 

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to let us know which products you would like to return.

  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  3. Send item/s back to us using the label provided.

 

Additional Information:

  • We aim to process your returns within 2 working days of receiving them from you

  • We are unable to refund postage costs
